Discovery
Getting to Know You
We’ll begin with discovery meetings to discuss what’s important to you and your goals for your new website. We’ll provide a list of discovery questions prior to our meetings to help guide our conversations. We’ll gather in-depth information about your organization, as well as research and analysis of other websites within and outside your industry. We’re here to learn about you and help realize your vision for the future.
Design
Wireframes + Design Layouts
Wireframes are created for 5-8 page types. Once flow of content is signed off on, 2-3 design comps are created for the home page and one interior page. Each comp will offer a unique perspective on concept, layout, color, fonts, etc.
Design comps are reviewed with you, then sculpted into a singular design that is carried out through the 5-8 page types established during wireframing. These design layouts serve as a visual guide for the Development Phase.
Development
Custom Theme
All pages of your new website will be built, using the final design as a guide. This phase involves installing & configuring the database, CMS (WordPress), installing & configuring appropriate plug-ins, and custom PHP and responsive CSS code styling to match your final design comp.
Launch
Populate + Go LIVE!
Training will be provided on how to update and make changes to your website, via an easy-to- use, web-based page editor and administration interface.
Then, when you’re ready…
Your new website will be launched!

What do we need to get started?

Why is there a price range for each website package?
Our approach isn’t cookie cutter, so our pricing isn’t either.
We have a lot to learn about you, your marketing goals, and how your website will take shape and function. So we provide approximate ranges based on our experience creating websites of all shapes and sizes.
What’s not included?
Content population. To keep our pricing competitive, we provide you with full training to add, edit, and populate your content. We’ll record our training meetings, so you can play them back, anytime. With this training, you’ll know how to fully utilize your website to share your content – for launch and beyond!
If you prefer, minimize will to the content population for you, using content provided by you, at additional cost. This option leverages a nominal hourly fee for less time / bandwidth / marketing resources spent on your part leading up to the launch of your new website. This optional additional service will be provided in your formal estimate.
Website hosting costs. We partner with the best-in-class hosting provider, WP Engine to ensure your new website shines on the most secure, best performing WordPress hosting platform out there. Only the best for your new investment! Yearly hosting runs about $360, but we offer significant discounts via our partner sign-up link. Note: You won’t need to sign-up for this service until you’re ready to launch.
Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, etc. We’re not lawyers, but we are obligated to let you know the importance of having terms pages on your website. We partner with Termageddon; they’ll help you create your terms and sync them to your website’s terms pages. With their service, your new website policies “automatically update as the laws change”. We think it’s a great value, offering incredible peace-of-mind. Pricing for this service runs about $99 yearly, but again, we offer a significant discount via our partner sign-up link.
Do we need to contact our existing web designer / developer?
Nope! We’ll build your new website on a totally new web hosting server. At launch, we’ll simply point your domain name to your new website server. Voila!
